Our construction approach is known as Design-Build. This is where a client contracts to one entity to manage both the design and construction of a project instead of two separate entities. This is a team oriented approach rather than the standard construction method of contracting a design firm and then bidding out the project once drawings are complete.
Design-Build construction eliminates the “big surprise” of an over-budget project that can occur on bid day. You will know the cost of any proposed design before it is bid and built. Design-Build gets a project to the construction phase sooner. This can mean a substantial savings to the owner. Design fees associated with Design-Build are typically less costly than a traditional design firm.
